LEVEL 1 - Seeing the Human
Foundations of Awareness
Core Focus:
Build a strong foundation in person-centered elderly care through Montessori observation, human tendencies, and lifespan development. Participants learn to recognize the needs behind behavior while developing greater awareness of environment, sensory experiences, and individual well-being.

LEVEL 2 - Building Relationships
Responsive & Respectful Practice
Core Focus:
Develop the skills needed to create supportive and respectful caregiving relationships. This level focuses on communication, co-regulation, emotional safety, and trust, helping caregivers foster meaningful and compassionate interactions.

LEVEL 3 - Creating Connection
Meaningful Engagement in Daily Life
Core Focus:
Explore how meaningful activity and purposeful living enhance quality of life for older adults, including those living with dementia or neurodiverse conditions. Participants learn strategies for engagement, social participation, and creating environments that promote independence and connection.

LEVEL 4 - Holding Humanity
Leadership, Reflection & Integrated Practice
Core Focus:
Advance into reflective and ethical leadership within elderly care. This level emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, advocacy, and community impact, empowering participants to guide positive change and promote dignity-centered care practices.
